Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-05-29

I-Remember is a memory assistant service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle, how we use it, and the choices available to users.

1. Information we handle

2. How we use information

3. AI and training statement

Your data is not used to train our models. Content you submit is processed to provide the service to you, not to build general training datasets.

4. Hosting and service providers

I-Remember uses AWS services for memory storage and application operations. When TypeSafe intent routing is enabled, message text, selected theme context, and standing instructions are sent to TypeSafe to classify the requested operation. When an external generation provider such as Alibaba Cloud Qwen or DeepSeek is configured, messages, relevant retrieved memory text, and submitted text may be sent to that provider to generate answers or memory descriptions. Stored memories remain on AWS. Authentication and payment-related workflows may also involve third-party providers that you choose to use, such as Google, Discord, Cognito, or payment processors.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only when needed to operate the service, fulfill your requests, comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect users and the service.

6. Data retention

We keep data for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain accounts, meet security or legal obligations, and resolve disputes. If you want your data removed, contact us using the information below.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect user data. No system can guarantee absolute security, so you should avoid submitting information that you would not want stored online.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
